The Freedom Initiative’s “#FreeThemAll” projections in Washington, D.C., and New York City were featured in a Middle East Eye article published on November 11, 2022. Entitled, Cop27: Plight of Egypt’s political prisoners sparks global #FreeThemAll campaign,” the article covers the Global Day of Solidarity with Egypt’s political prisoners, which took place during the UN Climate Change Conference (COP27), and links to photos of messages of solidarity that the Freedom Initiative projected onto the Egyptian Embassy in Washington, D.C.
