Since Fi was formed, we have worked with dozens of families, navigating the halls of the U.S. government on their behalf, gaining international media attention on their cases, and providing them with guidance and support at every step along the way.

We know firsthand that securing release for one prisoner often unlocks the doors of freedom for many others. Our approach has contributed to the release of over 200 political prisoners in Egypt and Saudi Arabia since 2015.
